Creamy avocado toast with spicy Kyoto Kick

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole grain, etc.)

- 1 ripe avocado

- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

- A handful of sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, or any of your choice)

- Sumo Spice Kyoto Kick Chili Crisp

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Optional: lime or lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil


Instructions:

1. Toast the Bread: Start by toasting your bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. You can use a toaster, oven, or a skillet over medium heat.

2. Prepare the Avocado: While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your preferred consistency. You can leave it chunky or make it smooth.
